The Company 
My client is a large, well known real estate advisory group. 
 
The Role
The role will see the successful candidate working in a team that will provide property rela ted advisory services to clients. This can include but not limited to:

- Strategic Property Advice across complex property project issues or a portfolio of properties 
- Valuation reviews and key risk analysis
- Corporate Real Estate / Tenant Representation
- Advice around Real Estate Transactions / Development projects
- Advice around distressed property projects

The Person

The ideal candidate will have experience in either Corporate Real Estate Strategy, Direct Real Estate Investment, Property Development Strategy, Real Estate Advisory and/or Real Estate Banking

Additionally you must have Strong quantitative and analytical skills, Demonstrable organisation and self management skills, Strong oral and written communication skills, High degree of personal drive and motivation to succeed.
